What’s better in the summer than cooking on the grill and eating your meals on the back deck? Two of our go-to grilling meals for the summer are burgers and steaks. Let’s be real, steak is on the menu year round, but burgers are definitely more of a summer grilling kind of food.
If you’re wanting to add a little zing to your burgers, you have got to try our horseradish and dill aioli! Horseradish pairs very well with red meat and helps draw out the flavors and add an extra bit of tangy spiciness. Making our aioli is super simple and takes no more than five minutes and only five ingredients.
All you have to do is combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, dill, salt, and pepper and stir until combined. Taste it until you get a banging combination – we like ours with extra horseradish and dill, so if you aren’t quite as into the sharpness of the flavors, then make sure to lessen the quantities below and find the right measurements for you.

Start by adding the mayonnaise to a bowl. This is your base, so the more mayonnaise you have, the more sauce you’ll wind up with. Once you have a good helping of mayonnaise, scoop out your horseradish and mix them together with a small whisk or fork. Next, add the dill, salt, and pepper and mix together. Taste to make sure it is seasoned to your liking and it’s ready to go!
